This course is bases on Module 3 of the Return to Work Programme

• In this course, we prepare the client for a successful interview, starting with the correct procedures for completing a comprhensive CV.
• We put in place steps to consider when preparing for an interview:
• Knowledge of the company/ organisation in question
• Possible scenarios / questions the client might expect during the interview
• The art of listening to question and asking the question to be repeated if necessary
• One-to -one and group interviews-how to put points forward in an inclusive and positive manner
• Skills required to cope with awkward questions. 
• Skills required to ask relevent questions
• How to exit the interview room- Thank you/ Good Bye"
