Primary Course in Food Hygiene (HACCP) What we offer A course that has been developed and certified by the Environmental Heath Officers Association.This is a nationslly recognised certificate, Aims To create an awareness in food handlers of the necessity for basic food hygiene and to inform them of HACCP regulations in relation to food preparation, cooking and serving food. Course Format 8 modules of one hour, usually held over two days;
